These roles offer consistent work with Monday to Saturday, 10–12 hour shifts , and the opportunity for ongoing, long-term employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking operators experienced (but not limited to) operating:

• Moxy's
• Compactors
• Rollers
• Excavators
• Front end loaders
• HR Watercarts 

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction or similar heavy industry environments.
• Current RII Machine Operating tickets. 
• Blue or White Construction Card.
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
• Physically fit and able to work 10–12 hour shifts.
