TCG's Land Development and Engineering department specializes in site design layout including proposed road layout, lot/pad grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, as well as obtaining all applicable development approvals and permits. TCG's service range extends throughout all of Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

• A Great Attitude
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• EIT or PE is preferred, but not required
