Overview
We are seeking a relationship developer who thrives on creating momentum & winning, a self-starter who will thrive in a dynamic & mobile sales environment, across Civil/Construction industry. You could come from a B2B sales background, or from another sales focused discipline, where you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to connect with potential clients & candidates.
Responsibilities
- Client Development: Source new business leads, cold call, and meet with employers across your local NZ territory to understand their staffing needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Advertise jobs on platforms like Seek NZ and search databases to find the best talent.
- Screening: Conduct phone and in-person interviews, check references, and verify eligibility to work in New Zealand, drug and alcohol testing.
- Placement & Offer: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate salaries or hourly rates, and finalize employment offers.
