Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Manage and monitor civil works, including earthworks, concreting, structural, and finishing works.
• Knowledgable in cost estimates, and budget proposals.
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment requirements for project execution.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety standards during all phases of the project.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
