Job Description
Job Scope - You will be part of a team in the engineering department involved in technical processing of submissions for addition and alteration (A&A) works to existing properties and technical submissions by other agencies e.g. IMDA, NEA etc.
- You will schedule the renovation audit at prefab blocks carried out by appointed building inspector. To manage the audit carry out in accordance with contractual requirements.
- You are required to compile reports for the audits performed at scheduled period. You are required to interact with consultants, contractors, Branch offices as well as residents to resolve A&A issues and ensure compliance.
Requirements - Possess a good background in Civil and Structural Engineering.
