Job Description
Job Description - Manage and supervise a team of technical supervising RTOs in performing their duties on site with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works. RE to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
- Report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
- To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works including temporary works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must have the strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
- Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirement especially to comply with BCA's criteria for buildability and safety assurance system.
