Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Claims and Legal teams
- Maintain office workflows, records, and claims documentation
- Prepare/respond to email inquiries regarding damage claims
- Enter and update claims data in the claims processing system
- Review new claim packets for completeness and compliance
- Compile itemized cost breakdowns and claims data analysis
- Coordinate check copies, claim details, and assignments with agencies/law firms
- Maintain Claims SharePoint site content and resources
