Key Responsibilities
- Support daily claims administration and processing activities
- Verify policy and claims information to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Prepare, review, and manage claims-related documentation
- Follow up with customers, policyholders, agents, and stakeholders on outstanding information or requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth claims operations
- Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
- Ensure service standards and turnaround timelines are met
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
