MVIA is seeking an experienced Claims Payment Team Leader to oversee the claims payments function and lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of claims.

This role is critical in ensuring payments are processed in line with policy terms, authority limits, and internal controls. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, sound judgment, and attention to detail to maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service delivery within a fast‑paced insurance environment.
