Driver Hire Darlington are currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Mixer Driver for ongoing work with a leading local concrete supplier in the Darlington area.

This role is ideal for Class 2 Mixer Drivers who are comfortable working in a fast‑paced construction environment and confident operating mixer vehicles.

The Role for a Class 2 Mixer Driver:

• Delivering ready‑mix concrete to construction sites and commercial customers
• Operating a Class 2 cement mixer vehicle , including safe discharge of loads on site
• Completing 5-10 deliveries per shift depending on demand and location
• Ensuring correct slump and safe pouring in line with site requirements
• Daily vehicle checks and accurate completion of delivery paperwork
• Working closely with site staff and maintaining a professional manner at all times
