What You’ll Earn:


+ Average pay: $80,000 – $135,000 annually

+ Longevity Bonus: $1,500 – $6,700 every year

+ Quarterly Safety/Performance Bonus: Up to $1,250

+ Profit-Sharing Bonus: Paid twice a year
