To ensure the smooth execution of C&F operations by coordinating logistics activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the C&F team in achieving efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
Key Accountabilities - Coordinating with the supplier’s sales and logistics team, checking the orders, making shipping bookings and validating all documents.
- Negotiating to get the best freight quotes and nominating the most convenient and economical freight forwarder for shipments while maintaining the efficiency and SOP of related operations.
- Sharing rates with division and obtaining approval.
- Ensuring shipment clearance at customs, Dubai municipality, ministry of health/environment/economic or other legal authorities, and following up with shippers and forwarders for cargo collection and vessel sailing.
