We are a well-established Japanese trading company based in Singapore, serving customers across various industries. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Clerical Staff to support our operations team during a temporary manpower requirement period.

• Perform data entry accurately into the ERP system
• Prepare and process sales, purchase, delivery, and shipping documents
• Handle trade-related documents such as LC, BL, invoices, and other related paperwork
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on documentation and order matters
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned
