Job Description
Monitor construction and maintenance projects to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and materials used.Identify and report any defects or non-compliance issues to relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to maintain project standards.Prepare detailed reports on project progress and any issues identified.Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
