Responsibilities and requirements reflect standard site supervision duties for civil construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure approved materials are used, and correct methods and workmanships are adopted by WPC.
• Ensure works are carried out as per the Construction Drawings for the correct dimensions, levels, locations etc.
• Inspect WPC’s work in stages as per the date and time requested by WPC.
• Witness testing of all materials and work done as per the date and time requested by WPC.
• Take note of site instructions and other relevant directives on the drawings used in the inspection, to ensure they are taken into account.
• Prepare a written list of any points that may require attention, in concurrence with the RE, where the WPC has requested the inspection. The COW is to check that the points have been rectif...
