We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Implementation Specialist to manage the onboarding of clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, configure the system, and ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily checks on all assigned implementation tasks.
Contact the Sales Manager or client upon assignment to schedule the Implementation Call.
Conduct the Implementation Call and perform detailed scoping of the client's HR processes and practices.
Recommend appropriate workarounds or process streamlining if the client's policies or processes do not align with QuickHR’s capabilities.
Propose and schedule training sessions for the client and provide data migration templates.
Send formal training invitations to the client upon confirmation.
