Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, phones, visitors, and office support

  • Handle client intake calls and online submissions

  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and maintain calendars

  • Assist with legal agreements, document prep, filing, and deposits

  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative and trial prep tasks

  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and CRM updates
