Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Help with monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in analyzing client data and CRM programs to evaluate effectiveness
- Track success of major sales events and client activities in collaboration with retail teams
- Create client lists and reports, coordinating with global teams as needed
- Share insights from data, including market and competitor information
- Assist retail teams with creative and logistical support for in-store events
- Support follow-up for events and client development activities
- Manage client gifting initiatives, including regional orders and allocations
