SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Client Experience, the Client Relationship Lead is responsible for the facilitation of the relationship between the not‑for‑profit healthcare organizations and the service providers to ensure that all aspects of the plan are implemented, delivered and adhered to.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with Participants in the overall implementation and ongoing management of their employee benefit programs.
