  • You act as the primary and reliable point of contact for our existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, handling inquiries via email and phone.
  • You work closely with other departments to find quick, comprehensive solutions for more complex customer questions.
  • You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training and self-motivated learning.
  • You leverage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in both our product and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or you have completed a relevant commercial apprenticeship (ideally in banking).
