BFL CANADA seeks a Client Service Manager for its Surety division, dedicated to servicing a portfolio of clients. This role offers a hybrid work model while ensuring efficient administrative and operational support.
You will act as a crucial contact for both construction and commercial surety clients in either our Vancouver or Langley office. With a minimum of 3 to 5 years in Surety Bonding, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, this role is key to maintaining client relationships and facilitating bond requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and issue various surety bonds
• Organize and assess client applications and information
• Monitor bond expiries and renewal deadlines
• Maintain client records accurately in the system
• Collaborate with underwriters for bond processing
