The Client Service Specialist receives and responds to client inquiries and requests.
Essential Job Functions:
Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements:
