Reporting to the Senior Client & Hospitality Services Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients—both in person and over the phone.
As the face of CMS, you will create a lasting first impression by providing outstanding customer care and professionalism. You will coordinate client requests, manage meeting room bookings, and provide AV support to ensure seamless operations on our Client Floor at Cannon Place.
This role also involves supporting room setups, moves, and changes to maintain a world‑class environment.
