The Company

Our client is a well-established funds management firm that offers a wide range of investment opportunities to both high-net-worth individuals and retail investors.

Reporting to the Investment Operations Manager you will be part of a 9 strong Investment Operations team and will be joining an organisation which values their staff and who are keen to promote a healthy work/life balance.

The Role
  

• Process investment applications, redemptions, renewals and transfers.
• Respond to client enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and client service delivery.
• Produce and distribute investor reports.
