The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, and associates in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. They seek to understand and surface client priorities, break down challenges, and identify effective ways to support the client in making right business decisions. The role focuses on articulating Gartner value to prospective clients, onboarding clients, demonstrating Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement of products. This position is part of the Client Success Organization’s New Client Engagement (NCE) unit, which delivers a customized experience for new and upgraded clients and provides pre‑sale demonstrations of Gartner resources to prospects.
