Role Description

This is an on-site fulltime role based in Bukit Raja for a Client Success Executive. The Client Success Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining communication with both clients and internal teams, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting in the rollout of enterprise procurement solutions. The intern will also collaborate with sales and consulting teams to enhance the client experience and identify opportunities for growth.
