The Client Success Manager (CSM) is a trusted advisor and advocate for Net Health clients, responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value from our solutions. The CSM builds strong relationships with healthcare providers and administrators, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals through effective use of Net Health’s software. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
