Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Clinical Duties
- Perform triage, vital signs monitoring, wound care, vaccinations, and phlebotomy.
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with SNB standards
- Administrative Support
- Manage appointments, patient registration, and referrals.
- Coordinate with pharmacies and diagnostic labs for seamless patient care
- Patient Engagement
- Educate patients and families on chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and preventive health advice
- Clinic Operations
- Oversee inventory of medical supplies and medications.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols in a child-friendly environment
