Responsibilities

• Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
• Creating and updating individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up‑to‑date medication records.
• Maintaining correct staffing levels through efficient management of rotas to ensure adequate staffing is always in place.
• Providing day‑to‑day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents’ independence, choice and dignity.
• Building lasting relationships with residents and the people they care about, fostering a sense of community.
