Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical training and supervision programs for nursing and care staff in assigned clinical areas.
- Develop, deliver, and assess classroom and clinical curricula to enhance staff competency and professional development.
- Conduct clinical teaching, supervision, elder care rounds, and competency assessments in compliance with SNB, AIC and organization standards.
- Evaluate trainees’ clinical performance, provide structured feedback, and prepare final assessment and evaluation reports.
- Identify learning needs, knowledge gaps, and competency issues, and implement strategies to strengthen clinical reasoning and reflective practice.
