- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Training & Development
- Conduct clinical and process training for newly joined clinical and paramedical staff across centers.
- Design and deliver training modules related to fertility treatments, patient care protocols, and clinical procedures.
- Provide induction training for RMOs, Nurses, Counsellors, and Patient Care Coordinators.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous skill development.
- Develop training manuals, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials.
- Clinical Knowledge Support
- Train staff on IVF treatment cycles, procedures, medications, and patient management protocols.
- Ensure all clinical staff follow standardized treatment and documentation processes.
- Stay updated with latest fertility treatment practices and share knowledge with teams.
