Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:As part of the laboratory team performs a variety of moderate, waived and, limited high complexity testing in a clinic or laboratory setting. Perform regular quality checks, ensure instrument maintenance is up to date.


JOBDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:The following functions have been determined by Ideal Option to be essential to the successful performance of this position which includes but is not limited to:

+ Analyze patient specimens by performing and verifying diagnostic medical laboratory tests and following department protocols.

+ Make independent decisions relating to patient testing and prioritization of testing.
