An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the well-established and innovative multidisciplinary New Leaf Service. This 12 months fixed term/secondment opportunity is dedicated to supporting looked after children and adopted children subject to Specialist Guardianship Order in North East Hampshire, whilst working closely with the New Leaf Service in Surrey.

My job makes better lives by providing the day‑to‑day co-ordination and delivery of intensive specialist intervention for children living in the area of North East Hampshire, with the support of the Epsom based specialist New Leaf Service. Contributing to the continual transformation of emotional health and well‑being support for children, families and carers in Northeast Hampshire, working in line with the philosophy of CYPS, the ITHRIVE framework, in keeping with the most up‑to‑date guidelines.
