To assist the CNS Lead Research Facilitator to increase research engagement of Clinical Nurse Specialists across the Black Country region. The post holder will assist in the co‑ordination of a Black Country Clinical Nurse Specialist‑led research model to promote a research culture and increase involvement. The role supports leadership and strategic development of clinical research activity across the Black Country, providing advice to CNSs and acting as a key liaison between clinical teams, Research & Innovation departments, and study investigators.
