This is a specialized recruitment and assessment pathway for highly experienced Kenyan Clinical Officers to join the NHS. Core Clinical Duties (Under Supervision):
Perform comprehensive history taking and physical examinations for patients presenting to Acute Medical Units (AMU), Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC), or general medical wards.
Develop differential diagnoses and initiate evidence-based management plans in consultation with the supervising consultant.
