What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations, offering general advice only (not treatment)
- Facilitate webinars and in‑person seminars (optional)
- Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience
- Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs
