JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Clinical Specialist position will promote and support the client during ENT surgical procedures. This is a PRN/1099 role. The Clinical Specialist will do on-site support of the client’s devices during the surgical procedures within major US hospitals having close interaction with surgeons. Additionally, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for any follow-up, device support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff before, during and after cases

+ Interact one-on-one with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts

+ Train surgeons and staff on the product
