Job Description
Responsible for promoting Mayo Clinic's core values and supporting community-based health care and integrated delivery systems through the sale of Mayo Medical Laboratories (MCL) tests. In alignment with the MCL sales process and the clients they are assigned to work with in collaborative selling.Accountable for generating new business revenue and co-developing with our clients their specific account and/or test selling and promotional strategies.In collaboration with the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers and their clients, project annual sales growth, market dynamics and economic conditions. Co-develop and implement business plans for territory/accounts with the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Managers and their clients.Effectively sell and compel buying influences to move testing to Mayo and their clients by differentiating from competing interests.
