Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Clinical Capability BuildingDesign and deliver regional clinical training programs to upgrade Sales and Marketing teams’ clinical knowledge, procedural understanding, and disease state expertise.
2. Develop structured clinical learning pathways (foundational to advanced) aligned with role expectations and market maturity.
3. Lead onboarding, certification, and continuous education programs to ensure consistent capability across CASAJ markets.
4. Implement train‑the‑trainer frameworks to enable scalable, country‑level execution.
5. Equip Sales teams to engage confidently in clinical discussions and transition toward independent case support, where appropriate.
