An exciting opportunity has arisen for you within our East CYPMHS Service for a Full time and Part time Fixed term (secondment if internal) contract. We are an enthusiastic and supportive team who are motivated to support young people and their families with moderate to severe mental health needs within East Hertfordshire. We work closely with a range of colleagues in social care, schools and other partners.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for a caseload of complex assessment, treatment and consultation work with children, adolescents and their families/carers and caring networks for those with problems of behavioural, emotional, attachment and trauma, emotional, psychological or mental health issues
• Demonstrate effective leadership within the team, including being involved in service development, delivering training and providing clinical supervision.
