Smith & Caughey’s, one of New Zealand’s leading beauty retailers in conjunction with Clinique are seeking a Counter Manager.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, from Sunday to Thursday at our Queen Street store.

To be successful in this role you must present a proven background in both the retail and beauty sectors, exceptional customer service skills and a high standard of grooming. This role involves driving performance through reaching KPI’s, accountability for counter sales and staff progression and development.
