Minimum 3–5 years’ retail management experience
Proven leadership and sales management ability
Strong operational and people management skills
Experience within premium, luxury, or fashion retail advantageous
Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
Assistant Store Manager
Minimum 2–3 years’ retail supervisory experience
Strong customer service and team leadership skills
Passion for luxury retail and fashion
Ability to support daily retail operations effectively
