Key Responsibilities
Manage and support cloud environments (GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud) Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (VMs, Kubernetes/GKE, networking, IAM, storage) Support cloud tools and SaaS platforms (CDN, WAF, SMTP, DNS) Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability Participate in global/regional projects (implementation, operations, enhancements) Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors for BAU and project delivery Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational processes Support audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements
