Responsibilities

• Participate in delivering projects based on Microsoft on-premises services such as Active Directory and Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Security, and the Azure cloud platform.
• Write project documentation and user/admin guides.
• Conduct training sessions for customers.

Qualifications

• Entry‑level, 3rd/4th‑year university students or recent graduates with up to 6 months of experience.
• Basic knowledge of core IT principles and a background in Computer Science.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft or Azure environments is a plus.
• Malaysian nationality required.
