Manage and support cloud infrastructure on Alibaba Cloud to ensure reliable and scalable operations
Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud resources to meet business and technical requirements
Monitor system performance, availability, and security to proactively identify and resolve issues
Troubleshoot incidents and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to minimize downtime and impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute cloud migration and optimization projects
Maintain comprehensive documentation and implement cloud best practices to enhance operational efficiency
