The Role

As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide first‑line support for virtual servers and Microsoft Azure environments, performing daily operational tasks, monitoring systems, handling basic service requests, and making routine changes across cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.

Accountabilities

Digital Workplace (On‑prem)

• Monitor server environment health with tools such as LogicMonitor.
• Log and triage incidents and service requests.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of server issues (CPU, memory, disk space, VM availability, backup status).
• Handle common service requests (password resets, access requests).
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level2 or Level3 teams.
• Support patching for Windows OS and backup verification (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar) under guidance.
• Follow change management processes for standard and emergency changes.
