Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall activities of the Club and Restaurant.
• Manage all aspects of business performance, including staffing, customer service, and facility upkeep.
• Monitor and analyze revenue and expenses to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and guests, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

• At least a college-level education.
• With proven experience in managing an entertainment club or similar establishment.
• Preferably residing in Dagupan City or nearby areas.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
