Job Summary: Under general supervision, uses motivational and organizational skills obtained through experience and training to provide a range of non-clinical rehabilitation services to adults with mental illness with the goal of assisting Clubhouse members in living independent, vocationally meaningful and socially satisfying lives. Possesses an energetic and upbeat attitude and is able to assess a person-s strengths and challenges, while remaining alert and non-reactive in an environment with many interruptions and distractions.
