CLUBHOUSE EXECUTIVE (Night Duty Officer or Covering Night Duty Officer) (Location : Changi) As a Clubhouse Executive (Night Duty Officer and/or Covering Night Duty Officer) in our Changi Clubhouse, you will report to our Manager, Resorts and Assistant Manager, Operations.
What you’ll be doing: - Assist the Manager in the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse.
- Handle enquiries (walk-in/phone) and assist in operations and administration of the Front Office.
- Manage housekeepers and security guards.
- Oversee the Chalet operations when on duty overnight.
We want you, if you have/are: - Minimum Nitec with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service.
