Responsibilities
Track and report on SLAs/KPIs for individual and team performance. Assist in budgeting and production cost center planning Deliver accurate standard costing and ensure collaboration for cost accuracy. Maintain operational procedures for compliance and support regulatory audits. Address stakeholder’s inquiries, escalate issues, and promote GBS services during visits. Manage performance, identify training needs, and coordinate development programs. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support ad hoc analyses.
Requirements
At least a CA/CWA degree (mandatory). Minimum of 10+ years of cost-controlling experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred) with 5+ years of solid experience in the relevant business areas. 2-3 years of team management experience. Skilled i...
